1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused and Unworn: The clothing must be in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must be attached.

Free from Odors: The item must be free of stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume, or any other odors.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as Final Sale (this will be clearly indicated on the product page).

Gift Cards.

Undergarments (including socks and tights) if the original packaging or seals have been broken.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to support@eccentrendz.shop with your original order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please briefly explain the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approval: If the return is approved and the item meets all eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed.

Method: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@eccentrendz.shop for authorization and instructions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at support@eccentrendz.shop with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund, including covering the cost of return shipping.
