Processing Times
Order Fulfillment: All orders are typically processed and shipped from our New York City location within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Please note: Processing time is the time it takes to prepare and package your order. Shipping time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver it once it leaves our facility.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Important Shipping Notes
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Little Lady Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once packages are successfully scanned and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Little Lady Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

Holidays: Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
